Quoted from Candice's blog: On New Year's Eve, we get together with whatever family is around, this year being Mike's family hosting ours and Mom and Dad. This inevitably ends up being a game night. Last night being no exception, the game of choice-Monopoly. I learned a long time ago not to play Monopoly with Mike and Mom. They are really good! Jim was sucker enough to join in. He actually didn't fair too badly. He came in 2nd. The funny thing about playing games with my family is that there always seems to be some outlandish prize or punishment involved. This time, the loser had to run around the house, barefooted, in the freezing snow. The second place finisher had to blow on that person's freezing cold feet when they came back in. The winner got gloating privileges. The results: Mom-loser and barefoot snow runner, Jim-2nd and foot blower to loser, Mike-winner and gloater!!
